We have a professional QC team to control mould quality from raw material selection through machining to final testing. We understand that quality control is our top priority for successful business operations, and quality is the life of our enterprise.
For most moulds, normally 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving deposit and approving mould drawings.
1) You can visit our factory to see the mould testing directly.
2) We can send samples via DHL, TNT, Fedex, and provide mould running videos and dimension inspection reports by email.
1 year warranty under normal use conditions. Non-man-made damaged spare parts will be provided free within one year. You can contact us anytime for assistance.
For new SMC/BMC/GMT compression mould projects, please send your 2D/3D drawings or sample pictures with complete dimensions. We will respond promptly.
