What's your lead time?

For most molds, typically 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving deposit and approving mold drawings.

How to approve samples?

1) You can visit our factory to observe mold testing directly. 2) We can send samples via courier (DHL, TNT, Fedex) and provide mold running videos and dimension inspection reports by email.

What about your after-sales service?

1-year warranty under normal use. Free spare parts for non-man-made damage within one year. We're available for assistance at any time.
