We have a professional QC team to control mold quality from raw material selection through machining to final testing. Quality control is our top priority as we believe it's essential for business success.
For most molds, lead time is typically 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving deposit and approving mold drawings.
1) You can visit our factory to observe mold testing directly.
2) We can send samples via DHL, TNT, Fedex, along with mold running videos and dimensional inspection reports by email.
We offer 1 year warranty under normal use. Non-man-made damaged spare parts are provided free within one year. Our support team is available anytime you need assistance.
