We have a professional QC team to control mold quality from raw material selection through machining to final mold testing. We understand that quality control is essential for successful business operations and that quality is the life of our enterprise.
For most molds, typically 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving the deposit and approving the mold drawings.
1) You can visit our factory to observe mold testing directly.
2) We can send samples via DHL, TNT, or Fedex, along with mold running videos and molding parts dimension inspection reports by email.
We provide 1-year warranty under normal use conditions. Non-man-made damaged spare parts will be offered free within one year. You can contact us anytime for assistance.
