We maintain a professional QC team to monitor mold quality throughout the entire process from raw materials to final testing. Quality control is our top priority, as we believe it's fundamental to successful business operations and the longevity of our enterprise.
For most molds, our standard lead time is 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving the deposit and approving the mold drawings.
You have two options: 1) Visit our factory to observe mold testing directly, or 2) We can send samples via courier (DHL, TNT, Fedex) along with mold running videos and dimensional inspection reports by email.
We offer a 1-year warranty under normal use conditions. Non-man-made damaged spare parts are provided free within one year. Our support team is available anytime you need assistance.
For new SMC/BMC/GMT compression mold projects, please send your 2D/3D drawings or sample pictures with complete dimensions. We will respond promptly with a detailed proposal.
