We have a professional QC team to control mold quality from raw material selection through machining to final mold testing. We understand that quality control is the top priority for successful business operations and that quality is the life of our enterprise.
For most molds, the standard lead time is 45 to 60 working days (excluding Chinese official holidays) after receiving the deposit and approving the mold drawings.
1) You can visit our factory to observe mold testing directly.
2) We can send samples via DHL, TNT, or Fedex, and provide mold running videos and molding parts dimension inspection reports by email.
We provide 1 year warranty under normal use conditions. Spare parts damaged through non-human causes will be replaced free of charge within one year. Our team is available to assist you at any time.
